Responsibilities: · Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner · Provide virtual design consultations to clients, offering guidance on Radford Woodwork's products and services · Conduct on-site measurements for potential clients (for projects above a certain dollar amount) · Gather dimensions and information to generate accurate quotes · Learn and apply Radford Woodwork's quoting formula · Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences · Recommend design ideas and solutions within Radford Woodwork's scope and business · Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and follow the sales cycle · Meet sales targets and earn kickback bonuses based on projects sold and dollar amount
