Interior Designer: Construction Document Specialist Level Five Designs is a multi-family interior design firm based in Raleigh, NC. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years of experience at a commercial design firm • Proficient in AutoCad, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office suite • Procore and Sketchup experience is a plus • Willingness to travel to job sites on as needed basis • Strong creative and communication skills • Collaborative and adaptable attitude Responsibilities • Drafting Interior Design Construction Documents utilizing AutoCAD. • Drafting Revisions to Interior Construction Documents that are derived from site visits, client requests, and more. • Ensure final designs by Interior Architectural team member comply with specifications and quality standards. • Knowledge base of current building codes and industry standards. • Utilize Bluebeam to review and redline drawings. • Partner with Construction Administration Designer on projects through Construction Administration (reviewing submittals/RFI's) through Procore. • Coordination and collaboration with other design professionals who may be retained to provide consulting services, including but not limited to architects, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and various specialty consultants. • Some travel requirements for site visits to insure accuracy of plans provide by Level Five Designs. • Partner with the studio team to develop concepts and ideas in the Schematic Design Phase.
