Interior Designer: Commercial, Revit, Design

Job Description We are seeking an exceptional creative full-time Intermediate Designer to join our design team. Responsibilities: • Develop and realize design projects from start to finish under the direction of the Lead Designer and Project Manager. • Conceive concept and design to meet client program, ROSEBERNARD STUDIO standards and project constraints. • Mentor Design Interns. • Prepare and complete documentation packages for all phases of a project. • Coordinate presentation packages, material boards, and other presentation collateral. • Organize project folders and materials adhering to RBS Standards. • Order project samples and coordinate completion of physical specification binders and shipment of tagged contractor samples. • Assist in project specification writing. Requirements: • Architecture or Interior Design degree from an accredited 4-year+ program. • Passion and understanding of the design process in color, product selection, and form. • Ability to graphically communicate design direction. • Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and industry-standard programs. • Collaborative, self-motivated, positive, and flexible with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal staff.
