Interior Designer: Commercial, Revit, Design

Job Description The RoseBernard Studio is seeking an exceptional creative full-time Intermediate Designer to join our design team. The designer will work closely with the Design Director, Creative Director, Junior Designers, and Technical Designers in developing design concepts for clients, including working with architects and contractors as needed. We are looking for candidates with at least 4-5 years of creative interior design experience, who have a portfolio demonstrating an eye for detail and design style aligning with our firm's vision. Candidates should show the ability to execute a design project from start to finish, including concept, design development, space planning, unique sourcing perspective, drawings for interior architectural design intent, and construction administration, installation. Responsibilities: • Develop skills and assist the team in conceiving concept and design to meet client program, ROSEBERNARD STUDIO standards, and project budget constraints. • Mentor Design Interns. • Assist the team in preparing and completing documentation packages for all phases of a project. • Responsible for coordinating the completion of presentation packages, material boards, and all other presentation collateral for the team. • Responsible for organization of project folders and materials, adhering to RBS Standards. Requirements: • Architecture or Interior Design degree, accredited 4yr+ program. • Passion and understanding of the design process in color, product selection, and form. • Ability to graphically communicate design direction; including but not limited to hand sketching/rendering of design ideas and 3D visualization of furniture and spaces. • Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and any other industry standard program and/or practices.
