Interior Designer: Commercial, Revit, Design

Job Title: Intermediate Interior Design Professional Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Interior Design professional to lead and execute comprehensive design projects as part of a cohesive and talented team. Key Responsibilities: • Leading and developing comprehensive, code-compliant design solutions for various project types • Participating in all project phases while adhering to project parameters • Conducting in-person field surveys and assessments • Taking the lead in programming client needs, conceptual design, spatial planning, and design development • Developing critical design elements such as RCPs, lighting layouts, and integrating technical needs • Effectively communicating design concepts through sketches, 3D models, and presentations • Collaborating directly with clients, vendors, and consultants throughout the design and construction process • Preparing detailed project documentation and participating in construction administration tasks Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture • 5-8 years of experience within interior/architectural design, specializing in workplaces, commercial interiors, and tenant improvements • Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite • Thorough understanding of building codes, accessibility regulations, and sustainability protocols including LEED / WELL • Experience in a Citrix environment, using Mural, and proficient with Office 365 applications • Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring successful delivery About Us: Our company is committed to creating a workplace that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
