About the Role
Location: Wynwood (in-office presence required daily)
We’re seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our Miami team. Working closely with PMs, architects, and clients, you'll develop design concepts, select materials, and ensure projects reflect Chapter’s luxury standards and aesthetic sensibility.
Responsibilities
• Drive interior design from concept through execution on residential renovations and new build-out
• Develop mood boards, drawings, renderings, and detailed specifications for finishes, and fixtures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, architects, vendors, trades, and clients
• Guide material selections, procurement, and styling
• Deliver client presentations and mood boards, adapting ideas per feedback
• Monitor quality, budget, and schedule alignment during construction
• Ensure selections comply with building codes and city codes
• Support final project delivery including styling, punch-list, photography
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• 3–5 years in high-end residential renovation design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe CC, and/or hand-rendering
• Strong visualization, space planning, and material knowledge
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills
• Familiarity with Miami-Dade design codes, permitting, and approvals
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe CC, and/or hand-rendering; Strong visualization, space planning, and material knowledge; Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Miami-Dade design codes, permitting, and approvals; Experience in co-op/condo renovation a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
-Full-time position with competitive salary
