Key ResponsibilitiesLead scope from concept DD CDs install across multiple projectsBuild presentations and story-rich materials palettes aligned with client goalsProduce/oversee plans, elevations, details, and FF&E specificationsCoordinate with builders, architects, trades, and vendors; attend site meetingsManage budgets, schedules, and milestones with rigor and clarityPresent confidently; handle feedback and value-engineer smartlyMentor juniors; contribute to standards, libraries, and studio initiativesCollaborate with the brand team on select boards, lookbooks, and case studiesQualifications7 or more years in interior design with a strong portfolio of custom workProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; InDesign required (Illustrator/Photoshop a plus)Clear construction docs + FF&E spec experiencePolished client communication and meeting leadershipStrong organization, pace, and follow-through in a boutique studioDegree in Interior Design (or related) preferredFamiliarity with Houzz Pro and/or Studio Designer is a plusLocal to Baltimore/DMV; comfortable with hybrid office + site visitsCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 positionBase Salary, plus potential performance bonusPTO, hybrid flexibility, professional development supportWhy SB CreativeAward-winning portfolio; bold yet livable aesthetic; collaborative, female-led studio; dedicated PM support for procurement/install logistics; growth and mentorship across residential, boutique commercial, and brand-adjacent creative.
