Interior Designer Assistant

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Create original and marketable designs • Produce and present design presentations • Facilitate client meetings • On-site measurements and photos • Create CAD electrical, RCP, tile and furniture plan drawings • Purchasing expediter and order processor • On-site furniture deliveries and coordination • Ideal requirements: • ******MUST HAVE CAD EXPERIENCE TRO APPLY******* • MUST HAVE EITHER INTERIOR DESIGN EXP OR A DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGN TO APPLY ******** • Direct interior design experience is preferred over commercial and hospitality • Must have excellent time-management , project management and client management skills • Must be creative, self-motivated and well organized • Should be able to manage a project from concept thru final installation • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines • Proficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture and finish selections and ideally specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite • Must be professional, reliable and punctual' Schedule • 8 hour shift Ability To Commute/relocate • Jacksonville, FL 32204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience • CAD: 1 year (Required) • Interior Design Experience at Interior Design Firm: 1 year (Required)
