We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team and elevate our brand through designing and executing stunning and functional interior spaces. As an Advanced Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end clients and collaborate with a team of talented professionals. If you have a strong portfolio, a degree in interior design or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design, we would love to hear from you. Join us in creating beautiful spaces that inspire and transform living environments. Design and execute stunning and functional interior spaces for high-end residential and commercial clients. Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to develop innovative design concepts and strategies. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly. Create detailed design plans, including 3D renders, floor plans, and material selections. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts. Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution of design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Attend design events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the brand. Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow. Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and brand identity. Maintain accurate project records and budgets. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and showcase design projects. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the brand in a positive manner at all times.
