Interior Designer

```Duties:``` - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects - Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections... - Must be proficient in AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and renderings - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans - Provide guidance and oversight during the construction or remodeling phase of projects - Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role for 5+ years - Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members - Knowledge of budgeting principles to develop cost-effective design solutions - Sales skills to effectively communicate the value of design concepts to clients - Familiarity with lighting design principles and techniques - Experience in remodeling or building projects - Proficiency in Adobe software for creating presentations and visual materials Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
