Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our team to design and execute innovative interior concepts for residential spaces. • Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture choices. • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design goals are met within established timelines and budgets. • Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and preferences into the final design. • Source and recommend appropriate furnishings, fixtures, and materials. • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into your designs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work. • Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, aesthetically pleasing designs.
