We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with fantastic people and organizational skills to create functionally beautiful spaces while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of residential interior design experience and a passion for creating stunning spaces. The position will work closely with our entire design team, operations team, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to manage projects from conception to installation. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop. Chief Architect, Revit, or Sketch-Up skills are a plus. Responsibilities: · Manage all aspects of projects from consultation to installation · Create CAD drawings, presentation boards, and design materials · Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and accessories from outside vendors · Generate renderings and construction drawings · Input project details into Gather app and provide estimates to clients · Prepare and manage design presentations · Pricing FFE & providing client proposals · Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation · Conduct job site visits and assist with photoshoots and styling as needed · Order product samples for client projects · Assist with project management tasks to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field · Minimum of 3 years of residential interior design experience · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software · Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and color selections · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines · Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving · Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with others Benefits: · Competitive salary based on experience · Health & dental insurance · Store discounts · Paid vacation · Occasional work from home capabilities Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
