Interior Designer

LCR Interiors is an exciting work environment where a full-time Interior Designer can partner with... other designers while managing an individual client base and work with beautiful and unique merchandise. We are looking for someone to head up residential and commercial design projects and develop client relationships. You will deal with dessign from conceptual development and liaising with the Ownership and Brands to managing and executing the design. We are a customer-based, service-oriented design group and we have the BEST customers - they love to challenge our creativity and demand high-end unique design concepts. Responsibilities: • Undertake design project from concept to completion • Define project requirements and schedules • Interpret and translate customer and Brand needs into rough plans and designs • Set costs and project fees accourding to budget • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing • Produce same and mood products • Supervise work progress • Work closely with designers, architects and contractors • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices Skills: • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design programs a plus • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design • Communication and presentation skills • Project management skills BS Degree in Interior Design or similar years of experience.
