• *Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects across various sectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, translating them into compelling design solutions.
- Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for each project
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements
- Manage and mentor a team of passionate junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
• *Qualifications:**
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Layout, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
