Qualifications Ideal candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered: 1-2 years’ experience in high-end residential design and sales Current knowledge of trends in interior design Experience and/or interest in working with clients via virtual design/sales Retail sales experience preferred Strong graphic ability and proficiency in either Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Design Files, AutoCad Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to provide in-home consultations and client presentations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate degree preferably in Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred We offer a competitive compensation plan with incentives, paid time off, employee discount, health/dental coverage, 401K, and a clean, professional work environment that offers the opportunity to maximize your income.
