Interior Designer

A company is looking for a Project Designer to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams that meet client requirements and goals. Key Responsibilities Formulate and confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts Determine the selection of colors, materials, and finishes to convey the design concept Coordinate with allied design professionals and assist with contract administration Required Qualifications At least two (2) years of design experience in the commercial real estate industry Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification Experience in space planning using Revit Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and specialty consultants
