Interior Designer

Established Interior Design firm for over 22 years that specializes in the high end custom home industry. Seeking a motivated individual who enjoys all aspects of a small design firm. Applicate must currently live and have worked in Philadelphia, PA surrounding area. Responsibilities Prepare and modify architectural documents; elevations, sections and details using already established drawing standards.Have the ability to mange multiple projects and switch up priorities as needed.Provide research on furniture selections and track details during the ordering process through projects installation.Work independently and often collaborating with owner on all aspects of each project.Track project productivity as well a individual time management.Communicate effectively, have excellent organization and listening skills as well as not afraid to ask questions.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Interior Design from an accredited US University.4-8yrs or more experience with US Interior Design firms.Advanced knowledge & experience of Auto CAD.Proficient in Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Office Suites and familiar with Quick Books.Salery compensation based on Design ExperieinceJob Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time offEducation: Bachelor's (Required)Experience: Residential Interior Design: 2 years (Required)AUTO CAD & Sketch Up : 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
