About this role

Interior Designer – Residential Divino Arc is a residential interior design and planning studio specializing in modern, minimalist, and contemporary homes. We focus on high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and full house remodels across the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our growing, design-focused team. Responsibilities • Develop space planning, layouts, and design concepts for residential projects • Take accurate site measurements and confirm field conditions (required) • Prepare floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings • Assist with material selection including cabinetry, tile, slabs, plumbing fixtures, and finishes • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors • Review specifications for plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, and appliances • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and spreadsheets • Collaborate with other designers and team members throughout the design process Requirements • 3–5+ years of professional residential interior design experience • Strong understanding of kitchens, bathrooms, and residential construction details • Proficiency in Chief Architect (required); AutoCAD experience preferred • Experience producing plans, elevations, and technical drawings • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established workflows • Ability to work in person in the Bay Area, must have a car and be able to visit job sites Preferred Qualifications • Experience with high-end residential or full house remodel projects • Strong knowledge of cabinetry, tile specifications, material selection, and plumbing fixtures • Familiarity with modern and contemporary design aesthetics Position Details • Full-time • In-office, Bay Area • Competitive salary based on experience, with year-end performance bonus • Opportunity for growth within a design-focused, process-driven studio How to Apply Please submit: • Resume (personal photo optional) • Portfolio (PDF or link), must include technical drawings - (Required) • Brief introduction outlining your experience and how you can contribute to the team Job Type: Full-time License: Driver’s License (Required) Work Location: In person - Santa Clara Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • interior design: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: • driver's license (Required) Ability to Commute: • Santa Clara, CA 95050 (Required) Work Location: In person
