Join WSP, and youll be at the heart of a team of international experts all dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise and working on projects that transform society for all of us. /ppWSP are looking for a Senior ID Manager to support our projects in Riyadh. /ph3Responsibilities/h3pLead and supervise interior design (ID) works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases. /ppCollaborate closely with architects and other design disciplines (spec. lighting, MEP final fix etc) to resolve any design or construction-related issues, ensuring seamless project execution. /ppProvide expert input on the selection of materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with architectural and project requirements. /ppContribute to and approve construction ID details, guaranteeing alignment with the overall design vision. /ppManage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements. etc, to ensure all design intent and modifications are reflected highlight any discrepancies in the design. /ppMaintain accurate as-built drawings for project records. /ph3Qualifications/h3pA Bachelors of Architecture, or a related subject/ppPreferably 15+ years experience in Architecture, ID and Design with a background on/ppArchitectural design management/ppHigh-rise tower (Ideally 300+ meters)/ppHave been part of a Design team leading the delivery of large-scale projects, in the Middle East/ppTransferable Iqama/ppImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
