Interior Designer Residential New Construction & Development Company Confidential A growing residential builder and development group is seeking a creative, organized, and client-focused Interior Designer to join their team. This role blends design, client interaction, project coordination, and light marketing involvement, making it ideal for someone who wants variety, ownership, and the chance to see their designs come to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping interior finishes, guiding clients through selections, maintaining design standards, and supporting branding and marketing efforts across new homes, developments, and model spaces. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing • Create and manage interior design concepts and finish selections for new homes and developments • Lead and coordinate client design/selection meetings • Maintain design studios, samples, and selection booklets • Collaborate with construction, estimating, and leadership teams on pricing and options • Coordinate installation of finishes, furniture, and design elements in models and spec homes • Visit projects throughout construction and at completion • Support marketing efforts, branding consistency, and social media presence • Participate in business development and team meetings as needed What They’re Looking For • Interior design experience (residential preferred) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Confident client-facing communication style • Creative eye with attention to detail • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects at once • Comfortable collaborating across construction, marketing, and leadership teams Compensation & Benefits • Base salary up to $65,000 • Annual bonus • Great benefits package • Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity • Hands-on role with real influence over finished product Why This Role Stands Out This is not a siloed design position.
