Overview We’re seeking a creative, energetic, and organized Interior Designer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-end design firm and enjoys projects that blend architectural detail with artistry. You’ll work on residential interiors, from concept through installation, collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and partners to bring thoughtful design visions to life. Responsibilities • Partner with the firm’s leadership and designers to understand client goals and develop design concepts. • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models. • Create and present design concepts, renderings, and specifications for client review. • Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings consistent with design direction. • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and fabricators to maintain design intent and ensure quality execution. • Maintain organized project documentation, budgets, and schedules as needed. • Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and emerging technologies in interior design. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. • 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture, preferably with luxury residential projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and QuickBooks. • Strong visualization and rendering skills using Adobe Photoshop and 3D rendering software. • Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and millwork detailing. • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a small creative team. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for proportion, color, and craftsmanship.
