Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Troy, MI. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and developing interior design concepts. The role also includes selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and collaborating with architects and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of design projects. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design • Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings • Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Relevant work experience in the interior design industry • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Rendering abilities is a must.
