Workplace Design Expert This dynamic role integrates design, space planning, and project management, ensuring that office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. CDM Smith is seeking a Workplace Design Expert to support its firmwide workplace strategy across 500,000 square feet of office space. The ideal candidate will lead the design planning and execution of office space projects, from concept through completion. They will also develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • **This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must currently reside on the East Coast.
