About this role

About the position Responsibilities • Meet with clients to evaluate project needs and create a scope of work. • Complete site visits to confirm field measurements and plan-to-site adherence checks. • Determine product selections based on application requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences. • Prepare 2D space plans to confirm occupancies, orientations, and adjacencies within their space. • Develop typicals, document standards, and select product finishes. • Create 3D renderings with potential AR/VR capabilities. • Produce accurate product specifications and installation drawings using relevant software. • Work closely with account managers, operations team, and installation team to ensure order accuracy and meet client requirements. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited university. • Two+ years of experience working for a contract furniture dealership preferred. • Proficiency in using CET Designer preferred. • Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit desired, not required. • Strong computer competency with the ability to quickly learn new technology. • Detail-oriented, organized, and good at managing time and prioritizing tasks. • Proactive problem-solver committed to continuous improvement. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience working at a full-service design firm desired, not required. • Enjoys collaborating within a tight-knit team and has the ability for heads-down, autonomous work. • Enjoys helping clients and presenting design concepts.
