Job Title: Designer – High-End Residential Renovations Company: Wade Home Remodeling Location: Pittsboro, NC (serving the Triangle area) About Us: Wade Home Remodeling is a design-build remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations. Based in Pittsboro, NC, we serve homeowners across the Triangle, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design solutions, and a seamless client experience from concept to completion. Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in designing luxury residential spaces. This role will focus on developing designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels, while collaborating closely with our clients and build team to bring visions to life. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to understand project goals, style preferences, and functional needs. • Create design concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (preferably 2020 Design). • Develop detailed drawings and specifications for kitchens, bathrooms, and other renovation projects. • Source and select materials, fixtures, finishes, and cabinetry in alignment with client budget and aesthetic. • Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. • Present design boards, layouts, and recommendations to clients. • Maintain knowledge of current design trends, products, and high-end finishes. • Support clients throughout the design process, from initial concept to final walk-through. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred). • 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in residential renovations or custom homes. • Proficiency with 2020 Design software strongly preferred; additional knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools a plus. • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design standards, space planning, and building materials. • Ability to travel to job sites to meet with clients and to measure for space planning. • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality, luxury design.
