Qualifications Ideal candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred 1-2 years’ experience in high-end residential design Current knowledge of trends in interior design Retail sales experience preferred Strong graphic ability and proficiency in either Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Design Files, AutoCad Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to provide in-home consultations and client presentations Strong communication and interpersonal skills We offer a competitive compensation plan with incentives, paid time off, employee discount, health/dental coverage, 401K, and a clean, professional work environment that offers the opportunity to maximize your income.
