Interior Designer Overview Table Setters, Inc. is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3+ years’ experience in design to work closely with our Principal to assist with design implementation and firm operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about interior design and establishing authentic relationships with our clients and one another. Responsibilities & Duties • Collaborate with the Principal and other designers to design, develop, and execute multiple client projects. • Oversee communication with vendors, contractors and clients. • Assist in developing and maintaining project scope, budgets, and timelines. • Develop construction administration documents. • Provide drawings and comprehensive specification information to all applicable parties (project team, architects, general contractors and trades) to ensure proper execution of design concepts in the field. • Track project progress against benchmarks and update Design Principal and team members regularly. • Attend design meetings. • Possess thorough knowledge of FF&E for residential design. • Analyze clients’ needs and properly execute a design. • Communicate/present ideas to a client. • Provide installation support. • Order samples, swatches, and help keep inventory organized. • Administer projects (if necessary) Qualifications & Skills • Design degree or similar required. • Proficient in Illustrator, Dropbox, and Keynotes preferred. (Apple based systems) • 3+ years related experience required. • Ability to draw basic plan designs. • Strong understanding of the design process. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom & Slack. • Excellent verbal & written abilities. Working Conditions · Full Time position (40 hours) per week. · Located in Fayetteville, AR. · Periodic travel is required (market trips, out of town installations) About Table Setters, Inc.
