Interior Designer

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements - Create and present design concepts and proposals to clients - Utilize software such as Sketchup, Bluebeam, and CAD to create detailed design plans - Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for interior spaces - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution - Oversee the implementation of design plans, including managing timelines and budgets - Provide guidance on lighting design and recommend appropriate lighting fixtures - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise Experience: - Proven experience in interior design, including residential and commercial projects - Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Photoshop, and CAD is MUST - Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials selection - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Experience in budgeting and cost estimation for interior design projects Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
