Interior Designer

Job Overview Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is a dynamic organization that requires an Interior Designer to provide exceptional customer service and support store design walk-in needs. This role involves greeting customers in a helpful manner, scheduling design appointments, and developing clientele through networking and referrals. Key Responsibilities • Greet store customers in a friendly and welcoming manner • Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers • Develop clientele through networking and referrals • Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions Requirements • Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience • Degree in Design is a plus • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus • Proficient in basic mathematical skills • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
