Interior Designer

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Edward Martin is an online porcelain tile e-commerce platform that caters to a wide array of clients, including Architects, Interior Designers, Pool Designers, General Contractors, Tile Installers, and Homeowners with a keen interest in Interior Design and DIY Projects. Our goal is that each customer finds the perfect blend of high-end aesthetics and value in our extensive tile collection. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create concepts for high end residential and commercial spaces highlighting Edward Martin products. • Host and perform design services consultations virtually to define the customer’s project scope • Provide expertise, guidance and an elevated service to clients looking for interior design assistance within their own home. • Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings • Represent the Edward Martin aesthetic and brand vision through all instalments • Ensure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics, care information and staying informed with the competition and industry trends. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school • 3+ years of related experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred • Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications • Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning and interior design styles. • Hands-on interior installation experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
