Interior Designer

Develop and implement innovative and functional design concepts for aircraft interiors that align with Textron’s brand and vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and other designers to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet project objectives. Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are cutting-edge and align with industry standards. Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to select and source high-quality materials and finishes for interior design projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of design projects. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design concepts are executed accurately and meet quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate them into design concepts. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure all designs comply with safety and legal requirements.
