Interior Designer

AH Design Group located in North Jersey is seeking an interior designer to join our team and assist the lead designer. Responsibilities include: • Sourcing materials and furnishings within clients budget • CAD drawings of Reflected Ceiling Plans, bathroom elevations, plumbing and lighting plans, mill work, cabinetry and built ins etc. • Floor plans and space planning • Obtaining samples for client presentations • Creating mood boards, renderings and layout drawings • Communicating regularly with the team on the Progress of each project • Ensuring that all selections are ordered in a Timely fashion so projects are not delayed Skills • Proven working experience in designing interior spaces • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design • Must be able to visualize and conceptualize all different design aesthetics • Ideal candidate must be a team player, highly organized and have the ability to keep up in a faced paced environment. • Highly Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop a must • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in interior design required Please attach resume and portfolio when applying.
