• Meet with prospective clients to understand their design needs
• Must be willing to travel to retail and client locations within NJ
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, project-to-project environment
• Help clients determine their style preferences
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar floor plan rendering software
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service
• Experience working autonomously with high-end clients
• Highly organized, with a keen ability to manage projects and time effectively
• Collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly with all project stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to retail and client locations throughout New Jersey
• In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, with a demonstrated excellence in design
• Familiarity with key suppliers and vendors commonly utilized in residential interior design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively
• Superior organizational capabilities, ensuring efficiency in all tasks and projects
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage concurrent projects on a daily basis
• Project management experience across a range of project scopes, from small to large-scale
• Previous retail sales experience in a furniture or home décor setting is a plus
