Interior Designer

About us Maura O'Malley Interiors, a full service high-end residential interior design firm is looking for an experienced designer/project manager to join our team! This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to manage multiple projects of varying size. This applicant should have experience working on all phases of interior design development from inception to installation. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in collaborative settings and who has a passion for creating beautiful timeless interiors! Responsibilities • Undertake design projects from conception to completion acting as the lead designer and project manager. • Construction and drawing sets • Knowledge of design process, including FF&E, specifications, finish and material selections • Create and update schedules • Work with vendors and subcontractors to quote and process orders • Construction Management • Installation of furnishings Skills • 2-4 years of experience in residential interior design projects • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Well versed in AutoCAD, Google Workspace ( Drive, Docs. etc.), and Dropbox • Valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Interior Design: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
