Location: Kirkland, WA About Our Client: Our client is an award-winning real estate development company known for cutting-edge design and high-quality new construction. They specialize in luxury new construction home builds and have been recognized in various prestigious publications. The company is based in Kirkland, Washington. Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Interior Designer to join their team. This role involves creating high-end specification homes for Washington's Eastside market. You will be responsible for assembling comprehensive design packages, including detailed spec sheets and 3D renderings of each room, using design software like Revit and D5. This position requires close collaboration with the Senior Design Manager and other team members. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary, plus bonus based on project completion and an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO, 8 Federal Holidays off, mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, health and dental benefits, and 401(k) with company matching. Key Responsibilities: • Review and revise backlogged projects to align with current design standards. • Ensure compliance with design standards for active and in-development projects. • Deliver high-quality design packages on time and within budget. • Develop comprehensive pre-sale design options tailored to each project. • Drive innovation in design by utilizing materials from the company materials library. • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. • Expedite onboarding by mastering company systems, tools, and protocols. Qualifications: • Experience with Revit is a must. • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design. • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with consultants.
