Interior Designer

Dumais Interiors is seeking an Interior Designer to join our team. This position requires the ability to think strategically and methodically in a creative environment and will play a key role assisting in the management of our projects as well as production of our construction and decorative drawings. This position will work alongside our Principal and Studio Director as a team player, manage Jr. staff and have autonomy to work independently managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ideal Qualifications: 3-6 years of work experience in the industry, with specific experience in residential design. Strong background and understanding of custom fabrication and decorative trades. Excellent project management skills and experience with construction management Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Studio Designer, Monograph etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Ability to travel. Local driving may be required pending projects location.
