Interior Designer

Award winning fast paced design/build firm seeking professional Interior Designer to assist clients with product selection and Design. Responsibilities include some of the following: • Meeting with clients • Establishing high-level design objectives to fulfill client projects • Scheduling project milestones and completion of timelines • Sourcing, organizing and developing written scope of finish materials • Preparing Drawings for Bids/Calculating pricing with trades • Depicting Revit drawings with finish materials • Photographing and entering selections in online software • Able to demonstrate resourcefulness in high-stress situations • Ability to upsell clients on design features Additional duties include keeping a neat and organized selection room, staging homes for photo shoots and speaking at consumer seminars. Requirements include: • Degree in Interior Design or Similar Creative field • Strong attention to detail • Allied or professional membership with ASID • Above average people skills • Strong Revit Skills (this is a highly Revit Focused Job) • Sketchup Experience: • Hand Rendering Skills and Lumion 3D a plus • Builtertrend a Plus • Looking for Longevity This position is full time, with a somewhat flexible M-F schedule. Benefits including Medical for employee+dependents, 401k, Profit Sharing, Paid vacations/holidays. After 6 months employment, company will cover ASID and/or NKBA dues and provide a continuing education budget.
