Interior Designer

Our ideal candidate: Will be a self-motivated professional and will have an in-depth knowledge of drafting and architectural principles. We are looking for an Interior Designer to work with our team of Architects in creating lasting designs for our various clientele. Designer responsibilities include gathering drawings, furniture selection, paint/finish specifications, utilization of Revit Modeling software and setting up construction drawing sets. If you have hands-on experience with Revit and are familiar with building processes, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us build functional, secure and well-designed products and structures that meet our needs. Responsibilities: • Coordinate finish schedules and Architectural design drawings • Calculate dimensions, generating schedules, and working with the design team to finalize material selections • Create detailed designs with Revit software • Prepare and review rough sketches, reviewing them along with the design team • Identify potential layout issues to improve overall design • Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards Skills: • Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role • Hands-on experience with Revit software • Good math skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Bachelor of Architecture or degree from a technical college • Please forward cover letter, resume and work samples no greater then 10Mb* -No remote position is being offered at this time Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • Can you tell us about any skills or experience you have that might be helpful in this job?
