This role offers a unique opportunity to influence high-end residential projects with your design expertise, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of high-end design trends, and the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional spaces. Key Responsibilities • Concept Development: Create schematic design concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, and material selections, that reflect the unique preferences and lifestyles of our clients. • Material Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality finishes, fixtures, lighting, and appliances that align with the project's aesthetic and budget. • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and Project Managers during site visits to ensure design intent is carried through from concept to construction. • Design Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, including 2D and 3D visuals, to effectively communicate ideas to clients. • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with sales representatives and vendors to secure the best materials and services for our projects, ensuring all project requirements are met. • Project Documentation: Produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive documentation of project specifications to guide the construction team. Qualification • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture, with a focus on high-end residential projects. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. • Creative & Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate innovative design solutions and effectively communicate them to clients and team members. • Execution: Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Client Relations: Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
