What is important to us in an Interior Designer: • A willingness and ability to learn quickly, follow proven processes and care deeply about helping people. • Comfortable driving to and working in customer’s homes • Great artistic eye for color and balance • Ability to collaborate with and lead team members to help them develop design projects • Self-discipline - excellent self and time management - must be proactive and driven. • A go-getter balanced with ethical caring.
