As an Interior Designer at Luxury Home Improvements you'll get access to our technology, our support and ability to focus on providing a great experience to our clients and create designs that exceed their expectations. Job Duties • Collaborate with clients through in-home and virtual meetings to understand their design preferences, needs and budget. • Oversee and manage interior design projects from start to finish • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion • Create detailed drawings, renderings and digital design presentations for clients • Develop proposals and finalize all project-related details • Coordinate with management and monitor deliveries and update project status daily • Promote luxury flooring sales out of our warehouse in West Chester • Grow deep client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. What we Look For: • A degree in Interior Design from an accredited program or university is preferred. • 3+ years of working as an interior designer with clients in-person and/or virtually. • An industry-professional presence - You engage your audience through confident, knowledgeable, and clear communication style. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required; Designers should be comfortable layering images and using functionality such as the background remover. • A high degree of passion, drive and knowledge to achieve the best possible creative results. • A small business mindset; you understand how to drive projects forward, and convert beautiful designs into sales. • Access to reliable transportation to and from client meetings, a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
