Interior Designer

CRM is looking to hire an Interior Designer with a passion for creating amazing spaces. You will be working directly with the owner of the company, designing the interior and exterior of commercial structures. Applicants should be proficient in current design-related software and techniques, with a proven ability to turn an ordinary space into a work of art. Applicants should be able to work independently, efficiently, and be creative problem solvers. Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Every designer has their own style, and it’s important that everyone share the same vision. If selected, you will be asked to produce samples of your work. Responsibilities: • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute Skills: Interior Design, SketchUp, Design Services, Architectural Services, AutoCAD, Architectural Design, Revit About the Company: CRM CRM is a privately-owned design-build firm with project sites throughout NYC and surrounding areas.
