Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in . As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your design skills and contribute to the transformation of various residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints - Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, and other design software - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories for each project - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance as needed - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs Experience: - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients - Ability to create accurate technical drawings and specifications using CAD software - Experience in lighting sales or working with lighting fixtures is a plus - Knowledge of contract documents and experience working on renovation projects is preferred If you are a passionate Interior Designer with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity, we would love to hear from you.
