Interior Designer

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints - Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, and other design software - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories for each project - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance as needed - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs Experience: - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients - Ability to create accurate technical drawings and specifications using CAD software - Experience in lighting sales or working with lighting fixtures is a plus - Knowledge of contract documents and experience working on renovation projects is preferred If you are a passionate Interior Designer with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity, we would love to hear from you.
