Interior Designer

We seek a self-motivated team player who can confidently lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver an outstanding customer experience to clients on a predetermined schedule. The selected candidate will meet with clients, develop creative design solutions, assist them with making project selections, and create project packages. Projects include but are not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full house renovations. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent creative thinking skills with experience in residential spaces, to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. A positive, creative mindset which thrives in a team environment Ability to look holistically at a project and determine all needed selection components Strong communication skills Attention to detail 5 years of Interior Design experience in the residential remodeling field Education: Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite Proven track record of meeting deadlines Specific Responsibilities: Work as part of a team to lead clients through the design and selections process within agreed upon time frames Educate clients on selections features which will be beneficial to their lifestyle and/or specific needs Populate selections documents with final selections chosen Obtain product quotes for project selections Order products for project Provide selection information support to the Daniels Production team Attend and participate in client and Daniels team meetings Maintain knowledge of current design and selection trends Participate in Home Shows, Daniels events, and seminars Organize and maintain the Daniels design center, updating product samples as needed Job Type: Full-Time on Site
