Interior Designer

Design and develop interior concepts for vehicles, taking into consideration functionality, aesthetics, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and product developers to ensure designs meet technical and business requirements. Conduct research and stay updated on current design trends and customer preferences to inform design decisions. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D designs and renderings. Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for interior components and materials. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into designs. Work closely with suppliers to select and source materials and components for interior design. Manage project timelines and meet deadlines for design deliverables. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards. Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed on industry trends and innovations. Continuously improve and enhance design processes and procedures. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual presentations and marketing materials showcasing interior design. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control in all design work. Act as a brand ambassador for Ford Motor, promoting the company's design principles and values.
