As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with an architectural team to develop commercial and hospitality projects... As an Interior Designer, you will: • Develop interior working drawings, including elevations, details, ceiling plans, and millwork design for commercial spaces • Conduct programming and space planning • Create FFE Specifications • Collaborate with project managers and internal partners, providing site observations and documentation analysis during construction. • Review and process project submittals, RFIs, and change management documents during construction, ensuring alignment with interior design specifications. • Perform site observations Your background: • Bachelors degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program • 2+ years of interior design experience with commercial building projects • Proficiency with Revit • Experience with Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Konik has been creating impactful relationships between technical talent and employers for more than 50 years.
