Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer Job Summary... We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing interior spaces that reflect our clients' needs and tastes. From conceptual development to project completion, the Interior Designer will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints - Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision while considering practicality and aesthetics - Create detailed drawings and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 2020 - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to enhance the overall design - Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and furnishings - Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 2020 for creating detailed drawings and renderings - Strong understanding of color theory and lighting design principles - Experience in project management to oversee multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors - Familiarity with contract negotiation and procurement processes - Experience in remodeling or renovating interior spaces is a plus - Prior experience in lighting sales would be advantageous If you are a talented Interior Designer passionate about creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces, we invite you to apply.
