Interior Designer/ Junior Designer High End Interior Design Firm looking to expand our design team with a talented and experienced designer, design assistant or project manager to work directly with the Principal Designer. JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a candidate who has a design background, ideally with 3-5 years experience. A creative, self motivated, and organized individual, with an eye for design. In addition the candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is the ideal position for someone with a design background who would like to work in an amicable, hardworking, happy, fast paced work environment. Ability to work from downtown Greenwich, CT office, parking provided, walk to train. JOB REQUIREMENTS Responsibilities include assisting principal though all phases of design from initial meetings through construction and installations. Designer is responsible for creating proposals, procurement, tracking, creating finish and inventory schedules, scheduling and assisting at installations. Able to draw furniture layouts, elevations, creating design presentations in CAD, Photoshop or Revit. Knowledge or willingness to learn Studio Designer a must
