The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Move-In Manager to join our team! The Manager works closely with our future residents to design the unit of their dreams! The Manager works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and / or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Manager performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Move-In Manager : • Provide services and conveniences to moves made by future residents to the Community from pre-move to post move-in responsibilities. • Serve as the liaison between the future resident and the third-party provider. • Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up-grades). • Coordinate additional help during move including parking for moving truck, padding for elevator and placement of furniture for new home in the Community. • Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. • Serves as a backup for inquiry calls, walk in tours and scheduled appointments. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have : • High school diploma or GED • Renovation, construction or design experience required • Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed Sponsor Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
