The Role:
We are looking for an experienced interior designer to come join our talented team. The designer we are looking for is high-energy, motivated, talented, and a team player. You will be responsible for taking clients through the entire design phase, from floor plan reviews to comprehensive interior finish selections to executing and installing a complete home furnishings package.
The designer MUST bring structure and energy to each client meeting and be professional in both conduct and appearance. The pay structure is a base salary + commission. The commission is based on closed business and is uncapped.
Duties:
-Confidently help clients make exterior/interior selections for both residential new construction and remodels
- Have experience with all aspects of home furnishings, including custom furniture and working with furniture manufacturers
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and furnishings
- Oversee the implementation of the design plan
- Assist clients with purchasing decisions for furniture, fixtures, and decor items
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in interior design
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer in high-end residential design
- Experience designing, procuring, and installing complete-home furnishings packages
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permits related to interior design projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
